The Youth Leadership Academy of Napa provides leadership education primarily for middle school students ages 11–14.
We also involve high school students as mentors within our programs, giving them opportunities to lead while continuing their own development.
In the near future, we will be offering high school students with programs and experiences for their education as well.

We currently run this introductory course in two formats:
– A 4-day intensive summer program
– A 6-week afterschool program meeting twice per week
